How to Register:

Four Person Team Registration:

  1. Fill out  the form for the Four (4) Person Team per one team, please click below.

  2. Player 1 will have to enter their name and email under REGISTRANT INFO.

  3. Follow the prompts for registering teammates.

  4. Select shirt sizes for all four players.

  5. Pay and a confirmation email will be sent.

Single Player Registration:

  1. Fill out  the form for the Four (4) Person Team per one team, please click below.

  2. Player will have to enter their name and email under REGISTRANT INFO.

  3. Please select shirt size and provide a team name if registering single for a four person team*.

  4. Pay and a confirmation email will be sent.

*If single and do not have a team the tournament will place you on a team.

Dinner Ticket Instructions:

  1. Click the button below

  2. Choose the Dinner Ticket Option

  3. Follow the prompts for registering 

  4.  For more than one dinner ticket, please click Add Attendee under the form to add another ticket

  5. Pay and a confirmation email will be sent

Donation Instructions:

  1. Follow the button below

  2. Click donation on-screen prompt

  3. Enter your donation amount

  4. Check out and a confirmation email will be sent
